Mac Book Air 2020

can any one tell me what thunderbolt version i have in my new Macbook Air 202 Version with M1 chip?
how many monitors i can connect with it?
when connecting extra display, will that just mirror my display or i can extend it ?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0

Hi Pritpal1982!

Your MacBook Air has Thunderbolt 3 (USB 4).
The M1 chip only supports one external monitor.
You can choose whether you want the external display to be separate or mirror your built-in display. To change that setting, go to System Preferences -> Displays.

Thank you that was useful, wish apple advise that before you purchase. Do you know if there's upgrades of M1 or graphic card that will allow to extend past 1 monitor?
