I’ve been having problems with the App Library on iOS 14.3 on my iPhone 12 Pro. Sometimes it will appear after i turn off and on the phone. The rest of the days I can’t slide to the right and it will stay on the last page of my apps. Is this some type of bug or glitch on the new update?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! Based on what you mentioned, your App Library shows up intermittently. To make sure you have the expected configuration to show the App Library, refer to the directions mentioned here: Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone.
If you're still unable to see the App Library without restarting, we'd recommend that you Contact Apple Support.
