email issues using cellular since 14.3
Since upgrading my iPhone 12 Pro to iOS 14.3, I have had an issue with a few apps working over AT&T cellular data, specifically email apps. I have 2 different O365 accounts setup, one using the native Mail app and one using the Outlook app, both have the same issue. When using cellular data, neither will update, meaning do not refresh when pulling new mail. When on any wifi, it works fine. I have tried different locations, 5G and non-5G. Also, App store would not load with using cellular.
All of these worked fine the day before when running on 14.2. They only began after upgrade to 14.3. I have restarted the iPhone and it had no effect.
