deleting folders on icloud
In icloud, can you entirely delete, say, the files or contacts folder, then upload from your iphone so that the latest data is stored in icloud? thanks.

Once you delete files in iCloud, it’s in real-time and will subsequently be deleted on your iOS device as well.
