Clickable numbers in reminders?

Referencing an old post here:

Is there a way to set reminders so you can click on a phone number to dial it instead of copy and pasting it?

Remove marking as a phonenumber in reminder I use reminder (påmindelser ind Danish) a lot and I often use numbers in my reminders. But how do I turn of the marking of the numbers? I never use phonenumbers in reminder so I don't wont the iPhone to think it is a phonenumber. It is very, very annoying to have all the blue line markings in my text. Regards Michael

Setting reminders priority Is there any way I could set my reminders priority not by manually opening details of each one? If there isn’t, how could I recommend Apple Developers such feature as converting reminders title text, or reminders notes text into corresponding information when it contains date and !/!!/!!! symbols for priority. I believe it will make priority setting process much easier and faster, in comparison with how meditative and painstaking it is now.

Reminder App I have a list of reminders, some daily and some weekly. At first when they would pop up on the screen it would say the the actual reminder/task, ie, “take medication” or “ call the doctor.” At some point, with the updates, the actual tasks are not shown when the reminder bubble appears and now when it pops up on my screen it almost always just says “reminder” which is of no worth, especially on the days when I may have 2 or 3 reminders on my to do list. Is there anything I can do so that the actual task appears and not just the word “reminder”. Often I’m on the go and having to open the reminder app to see which reminder just went off is a hassle and makes the app pointless.

I have found that inserting “TEL:[Phone Number]” in the URL on the reminder allows you to click on the phone number and call directly when it is time for the reminder. I was unable to find a way to link out to a contact. Screen shot attached below:
