Reminder App

I have a list of reminders, some daily and some weekly. At first when they would pop up on the screen it would say the the actual reminder/task, ie, “take medication” or “ call the doctor.” At some point, with the updates, the actual tasks are not shown when the reminder bubble appears and now when it pops up on my screen it almost always just says “reminder” which is of no worth, especially on the days when I may have 2 or 3 reminders on my to do list. Is there anything I can do so that the actual task appears and not just the word “reminder”. Often I’m on the go and having to open the reminder app to see which reminder just went off is a hassle and makes the app pointless.

Check Setting>Notifications>Reminders. You would need to change the setting for Preview. If you wish to see the preview when the device is locked, then you would have to set it to Always.
