USB C Hub not working whilst using Windows 10

I used bootcamp to install windows 10 on my 2020 MacBook Pro. Since this Mac only has 2 usb-c ports, I already bought a Belkin usb-c hub with 2x cdmi, 1x usb 3.0, 1x usb 2.0 and 1x ethernet. When I plug it in, the device recognizes something is plugged in, and connecting an ethernet cable works fine. But when I try to use my mouse connected via usb, or external monitor via hdmi, it does not work. I already downloaded and installed the windows support software available in bootcamp. Does anyone know how to fix this? Many thanks

Connect a Mouse and a Display to the Hub. Connect the Hub to the USBc port on the Mac. If the hub works correctly, you should see two new devices - a HID (Mouse) and a Monitor (under Displays). If you do not, the Hub has issues with the Windows drivers.
