Issue with iPhone11 Pro Max and Maruti Suzuki Dzire Music System

It was all fine with iPhone 8 Plus, but when I started using iPhone 11 Pro, I got to know that there is an issue with connection to Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire (2019 model) music system. iPhone connection to car via Bluetooth looks fine and phone calling function works well , but when it comes to playing music, it is not working, it says, there is no media fine in your phone.

Please suggest the solution on priority. This is really annoying :(

I did check this with my Maruti dealer but they are not able to provide any solution.

Looks like there is compatibility issue with the Car Music system firmware and iPhone 11 Pro.

Looking forward to hear from Apple or anyone from the community to get the right solution of the issue.

Thanks and Regards

You haven't mentioned where your music files (media) are stored on your iPhone 11 Pro Max. If you have Apple Music Subscription then download a music and try because you may have an internet connectivity issue..

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot/ photo, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images / pictures speak louder than words. Do not provide any personal credentials, such as email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable. Etc.
