Outgoing mail server not working/mail limit

Hi, my outgoing emails have suddenly stopped working. Error message says that the mail limit has been reached. I haven’t sent anywhere near the daily limit on emails. Does anyone else have this issue and how to resolve it?

Apple.smtp.mail.yahoo.com failed....I can’t reply to emails, attach photos, or in a lot of cases even send emails..I was able to do all of this on the past..it’s just been for a couple of months. Check with your email provider to see why they are imposing a limit.
