Garageband 10.4.2 on Big Sur and SynthMaster

With more than 10 years of experience I could transpose any instruments in old GB 6.0.5 with Snow Leopard (still working!) but it seems the latest version 10.4.2 doesn't allow transposition of regions with Synthmaster instruments (and maybe other plugin than Apple). Am I loosing something, Is Apple politics or what?
