Camera freezes when is a live share video and it is on-live streaming at the same time

My team and I encountered that on iOS devices, the camera freezes when a livestream is doing and a video is played at the same time over Safari browser.

This bug occurs when we were developing a web application about a streaming room, in where a host user can share a video to other participants and, at the same time, all the users on the room are able to do livestream of them, in order to share reactions and more.

Currently, when multiple users are inside of the content on iOS, all the cameras with exception of the current device are frozen in site if the content is playing but if the content is paused the cameras moves again.

This error was reproduced on:

- iPhone X Plus

- iPhone X.

- iPhone 11.

- iPhone SE. and

- iPad.

Video stream format.

- HLS.

iOS versions used:

- 14.x.

- 12.

Note:

We also test with an independent application (https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/peerconnection/multiple/) and we still getting the same camera issue.
