Can't play more than one webcam video stream...

I don't know if this is a Safari issue or an iPad issue.

iPad Pro (11-inch) (2nd generation), Over 200 GB available, iOS 14.4.1, Safari is Default Browser.

I have a subscription to Virtual Railfan, which provides a dashboard to view multiple selected video streams from their various webcams. Their dashboard provides viewing by user selection of from 1-9 webcams. I am able to play video from a single webcam perfectly. However, when I enable the dashboard to play 2 webcam streams. the first stream starts playing okay, the second stream starts up and plays, but the first stream freezes while the second stream plays perfectly. If I try to restart the first stream, it begins to play but then the second stream freezes. I restart the second stream and while it begins to play, the first stream again freezes. Etc. etc.

I have contacted their IT support who indicates they show no known problems or similar complaints from other customers using Apple products. At their suggestion, I cleared both my cache and history and did a cold restart of the iPad (twice), but no joy. Also, my Win10 Desktop has no issues playing up to nine webcam streams.

So I am left wondering if something is amiss with my Safari settings or perhaps some other iPad settings. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you.
