Inaccessible files, file icon grayed out and minus sign in the lower left corner

Just fired up our new Ipad Pro. Started playing around with Procreate files to understand how files were backed up on Google Drive. Icloud is disabled. Early on, exported 3 files to the local Google Drive folder and upon inspection with Files, they were inaccessible. Since then have successfully exported files with no accessibility problems. How do I delete these 3 files?

PS Updated to IOS 14 after this problem was noted.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

Hi jnwa,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with seeing Google Drive files in the iOS Files app.

Check out: Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and the section "Use third-party apps in Files".

You would need to be signed into iCloud. If the files still don't appear, you'd need to check with Google support.

Have a fantastic day!
