Personal and Company iPhones' Sharing Apple Music but Nothing Else

I have two iPhones: one old iPhone 8 for personal use and one brand new iPhone 12 from my employer. I don't want to share my personal Apple ID on the iPhone 12 from my employer as it's supervised, and I created another Apple ID just for the office phone. However, I do wish that the office phone (iPhone 12), under the different Apple ID, could share my Apple Music. Is this possible?

I wish that Apple could somehow permit two Apple IDs from the same individual to selectively share information between different devices, especially in the situation for office phones.

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. It sounds like you want your personal Apple Music available to your work Apple ID.

Individual Apple Music must be tied to a single Apple ID. The only way to do what you are describing would be to use Family Sharing and have an Apple Music Family subscription: Get an Apple Music family subscription.
