How to fix when iPhone has no audio during phone call?

After IOS 14 update my iPhone 11 PRO max it has no audio during phone calls, a. During a phone call, I cannot hear the other caller, but the other caller can hear me fine. I am switching on loudspeaker to hear the callers and talk. The loudspeaker, airpods, and Bluetooth all work fine, including playing music, playing games, skype calls, YouTube, Netflix, FaceTime. I have checked everything in the settings, even has done factory reset but still not working. My son has the same problem. His iphone 5SE has the same problem that occurred after upgrade to IOS 14. Pleas advise what to do?
