Hi! My sister is having a problem with her iPhone X. She can't hear anything during calls from call speaker, so that she has to turn on main speaker to hear someone. It happens only during phone calls because when I played music from YouTube I could hear the call speaker playing. What can be an issue?

Okay so I changed the speaker and it worked for a few seconds but then it stoped working so I assume that there is some kind of shortcut. Problem closed. Thanks for help.
Yes you are right, that is my problem. Unfortunately it did't fix it.

Thanks for the update. If you have to choose to use the speaker while you cannot hear from the receiver, it may be that the iPhone is stuck in headphone mode.
If you change the volume on the iPhone does it say Headphones?
Are any headphones plugged into or connected to the iPhone?
