US GSM & Verizon iPhone 6/6 Plus Service Policy

I bought a phone in 2015. I used it for a year and the phone stopped seeing the SIM card. I took it to repair and the phone worked again for a year. After that, my husband bought me a new phone.

Today they took the phone for repair to give it to my mom. The master told me that the phone was locked by the operator. How can I restore my rights to my phone?

Only the carrier it is locked to can remove the carrier lock.

Contact them.
