recover playlists?
after redownloading iTunes to new computer, i can see my prior purchased songs/videos..... can I recover my previous playlists also? or need to create new ones?

We understand you'd like to get your music playlists back after moving to a new computer and we're happy to help.Are you currently an Apple Music subscriber? If so, then you may be able to get the music playlists back by turning the Sync Library option on using the steps here: If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library
Also, if you have access to your previous computer, then you can export a playlist, if you want to save a copy of the playlist, or import it to a different computer so you have the same playlist in both places. These steps here: Save a copy of your playlists in iTunes on PC will assist you with getting it done.
