“Battery health” does not seem to exist on my iPad running iOS 14.2. Why not?
See title, when I open settings and go to battery, battery health does not exist. I also don’t see the setting for “low power mode”.

The battery health feature is part of iOS, not iPadOS. It was never available with iPads.

There no this setting on iPad, even on my iPad Pro 12.9.
You’d have to ask Apple.
Certain iOS iPhone features were never part of features on an iPad and vice versa.
Battery Health was never part of iOS/iPadOS on iPads.
