Screen calibration is off, certain places on the screen not always working

My phones touch screen calibration seems off. Lately when I touch one part of my screen such as the keyboard it will hit another letter and the letter I am trying to hit will not take. Randomly when scrolling my phone will act as if I have pressed a button at the top of the screen such as the search. I have reset my phone and it still continues to do so. I have an I phone 11

We see that the touchscreen on your iPhone isn't accurate to the touch. To help us further isolate potential causes, we'd like to start by asking a few more questions:

Does this occur when the iPhone is disconnected from any accessories such as headphones, and without a case or screen protector on the device?
Is there any accidental damage to the iPhone or has it come in contact with liquid?
If the iPhone is being used in a humid or colder than usual environment, can you replicate the behavior when using the iPhone in a different location?
