Screen calibration is off, certain places on the screen not always working

My phones touch screen calibration seems off. Lately when I touch one part of my screen such as the keyboard it will hit another letter and the letter I am trying to hit will not take. Randomly when scrolling my phone will act as if I have pressed a button at the top of the screen such as the search. I have reset my phone and it still continues to do so. I have an I phone 11

Hi Nstone0104,

We see that the touchscreen on your iPhone isn't accurate to the touch. To help us further isolate potential causes, we'd like to start by asking a few more questions:

  1. Does this occur when the iPhone is disconnected from any accessories such as headphones, and without a case or screen protector on the device?
  2. Is there any accidental damage to the iPhone or has it come in contact with liquid?
  3. If the iPhone is being used in a humid or colder than usual environment, can you replicate the behavior when using the iPhone in a different location?

Additionally, you may want to check if your iPhone is affected by the following replacement program:
