I have a MAC 21.5 running High Sierra 10.13.6 Bluetooth will not see my Altec Lansing MX660 headphones.

However it will see my iPhone 11 and Samsung soundbar. I suspect my headphones are not downward compatible.

Review the Altec Lansing MX660 pairing instructions, its stated macOS compatibility (if available), or contact the vendor. Not an Apple product, and as fellow users, we are not Altec Lansing's support source. Those headphones may expect certain Bluetooth profiles that are not implemented in macOS High Sierra.
