I am trying to connect my iPhone8 to my macbook pro and upload a bunch (40?) of videos through Image Capture, but when I connect my phone to the computer it vibrates and then the image of the device flashes on the screen but then disappears. Any tips for how to access the device on there and actually pull in the video files?
