I am having problems similar to others...when I plug my phone in to IMac with USB cord, my phone beeps alternately one second and beeps again...I have tried unplugging and replugging...charged my phone to make sure it has 50% plus charge...nothing seems to work...In Image Transfer, the device file does not stay on "my iPhone" identifier...Would love to know if this issue is correctable.
