MacBook Pro restarting daily because of charger getting fried.

Hello! About 2 weeks ago, my MBP charger block got fried when I plugged it in. It sparked, then it smelt burnt, and then I realized that my Mac wasn't getting charged. After a few minutes, my computer just randomly restarted, it was my first time seeing "your computer was restarted because of a problem". I quickly brushed it off thinking it wasn't a huge problem. Then it happened later that night, then it would happen a few times a day. It usually happens after I have put my mac down somewhere, the mac would be unresponsive and then it would restart. Though it doesn't happen every time I put my mac down, it usually does happen when I do. I'm not making like drastic movements/ jerking movements, they are usually just like putting it down from my lap or like moving it from a position.

Hopefully, this is enough information for you guys to work with. Thank you in advance for any help/ suggestions.

I ran the diagnostic test and it said that there was nothing wrong.

Intermittent issue like this is not going to register a hardware issue if it is sitting untouched and running the AHT.

It still sounds like a hardware issue/ loose component—Pressure on the bottom, picking up putting down like you describe.

RAM is soldered and fixed, however the Blade Type PCI-e SSD is a removable component.

One reason Apple went to a solder on board SSD— it is possible the connection is faulty(?) if it is restarting by handling the machine...

Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.

What exact Mac is this?

what macOS are you currently running?

How do you keep it charged?

Did you replace the charger?

I usually have my charger plugged in. And yes I have another charger that works perfectly.

Ok charging issue solved. They do not sound related.

This sounds like a hardware issue.

You can try running the Diagnostic/AHT  http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1509

However, not definitive by any means, but may kick out an error code.

Apple and their AST (Apple Service Toolkit) diagnostic is certainly more comprehensive than anything we can sort out here
