New iPhone

I just received my first new iPhone and it came without a charger. Is that normal?

If it is an iPhone 12 model that is the new normal. To save on packaging waste, they can make the box smaller without including a charger. Most of us have several hanging around anyway. If you don't have an extra,you will need to buy one.
