Bug with time clock visualization color/transparency

Very often the time is displayed with a "transparent" color which makes it very difficult to see. I haven't found any settings to change this. Is it a bug? Others have this problem? Could someone help me?


(In any case having the transparent menu bar that changes color with the images below makes it difficult to view some texts colors. I suggest a setting to change only the transparency of the status bar and not everything.)
