I am trying to set up my iPhone 11. IOS update done and I have to enter my Apple ID to continue. I have entered it numerous times and it just sits there. I cannot use the back arrow to get back to settings. The continue link doesn't work

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
