Apple Music Parental Controls

I use screen time for my kids. Works great. I just subscribed to an Apple Music family plan. I have music set to “Clean” on screen time. Yet, on my son’s phone, I was able to play WAP. What’s the deal? I restarted his phone... I still could play it. If WAP is considered clean, I quit!

Explicit songs remain after screen time restriction I've set screen time for my children for clean lyrics. In spite of this setting songs with explicit lyrics remain playable on their devices. They are not greyed out as they should be. I've checked their accounts to ensure they're the ones on screen time and rechecked the settings many times. I've even deleted and reinstalled the Music app. Does anyone else have suggestions for what I can try next beyond just restating the basic setup steps for screen time?

Apple Music needs a "kids" version Apple Music needs a "kids" version much like Spotify Kids. Parental controls don't do enough (my 7 year old is now asking me what a menage a trois is despite all the settings set to limit/lock down explicit content - not cool). I'm now having to pay for two music services and am seriously considering cancelling Apple Music and pairing down my One subscription to the barest services. For all the us parents out there, please help Apple! We want our Apple ecosystem safe and fun for our kids! Thanks!

Always Allowed in Screen Time So I have apple music as one of the apps in always allowed in the screen time settings but for some reason, when the downtime turns on and all other apps turn off, apple music is also turning off. I've already tried to restart my phone, take it out of always allowed and then put it back in, and reset screen time but nothing seems to be working. Has this happened to anyone else, is there a solution?
