Always Allowed in Screen Time

So I have apple music as one of the apps in always allowed in the screen time settings but for some reason, when the downtime turns on and all other apps turn off, apple music is also turning off. I've already tried to restart my phone, take it out of always allowed and then put it back in, and reset screen time but nothing seems to be working. Has this happened to anyone else, is there a solution?

The screen time is only counted if the Spotify app is in foreground. But after locking the phone the music is still playing, but the time isn't counted as screen time anymore. This way my kid can hear music all day long and the whole idea if limiting the time doesn't work. To be precise, the screen time limitation is working, but not for the background or locked mode. Is this a known issue for iPhone 7 an iOS 15.6.1 or should this be different?

Screen time limit is not working for music One can play music from locked screen and this time does not "count" as time spent with Music App. Even when Music App is locked due to limit reached and you cannot open it, it is still possible to start/continue playback using controls available under locked screen. Seems to be a hole in Screen Time funtionality. Does anyone know how to limit playing music, regardless which way is used to start the playback?

Screentime settings keep resetting! Hello! I have a family account where I manage my child's electronic usage. Their accounts downtime and app limits keep turning off with no rhyme and reason to it. Sometimes it resets within seconds of turning it on! I've tried several things: Turning off Screen Time and resetting Turning the iPhones off (both of them) Updating software (both of them) Wiping and resetting both phones Having both phones on the same Wi-Fi, turning off phones and turning back on and resetting the controls Literally nothing works!! This is ridiculous that is has been a known issue to Apple (sooo many similar threads on this issue) and yet no fix?!?! I don't understand why Apple has this feature if it doesn't work. Please help!!!!
