My Windows iTunes "account" menu doesn't allow me to deauthorize all, that's not an option. Please help.

I have already authorized all 5 computers and have a new computer now. The old ones are all dead and could be deactivated. My Windows iTunes "account" menu doesn't allow me to deauthorize all, that's not an option. Please help.

Deauthorize All is a button on the page you see after using Account > View My Account... and authenticating.
