Hi goukii,
Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help with your Mac and Bluetooth headphones. It sounds like you aren't able to hear audio although they are connected.
Have you set the headphones as an output device? Set up a Bluetooth audio device to work with Mac.
Have you checked the headphones with another device?
Are you certain there isn't interference causing this issue? Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference.
If they still aren't working, try testing inside a new user account: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac. If they still don't work there, it is possible there is a compatibility issue with Big Sur and these headphones. We'd then advise contacting the manufacturer to see if there is an update for them.
Have a fantastic day!
