I bought a set of powerbeats pro from a website called sweettingshop.com and advertised beats by dre and when i got my order were knock-offs and trying to find out how i can report them and get my money back.

Dude same. I ordered some from the same website and i contacted PayPal and they said to contact the card issuer to let them know, that way we get our money back. I haven’t received my package yet but I knew until last minute that that **** was fake af and the price was too good to be true. Have you tried returning them ?

I ordered a red/black wireless beats headphones from sweettingshop.com that was advertising as Dr.beats. After I made a purchased it I didn’t receive any receipt or an email about it.. so I called them website it didn’t work. My intuitions told me I got scammed! I did a little research about the website I realize I got scammed for $85. I email the PayPal and they said I can file for a complaint after 3 days if they don’t contact me back. I emailed swettingshop.com and told them if they don’t give me any updates on the headphone I’ll report them to PayPal. Within 2 days they emails me back saying be patience. The item is still in process. I asked for a refund and they ignored me for 1 week. And over and over again I tried to be patience and contacts them but they gave me dumb excuses. I waited about 2 months for the headphone to get here. The mailing address was from a post office in California. The item came from China to California.... I open the headphone and it’s a fake one cause there is no Serial code. The headphone is just so fake comparing to the real one. The box doesn’t look like the original one and the charger are this cheap one you can buy anywhere. I tested the headphone! There is no beats! It was just a regular headphone. Please do research before buying anything from that website ! I do not understand why nobody do anything at all to that fake scamming website!!! So not worth the money and it ****** me off!!!

Apple - Legal - Counterfeit Questions

I think the same thing happened to me. But, it looked like they came from a legit Dr Dre site. I paid $99 and no emails, no ear buds and the phone number is fraudulent. I filed a complaint with PayPal. My PayPal comes from my checking account. I am not sure what else to do.

To get a refund you need to work it out with the website, company or person you bought them from.

This has nothing to do with Apple.

I never received my package because the tracking said “returned to sender” so I contacted PayPal and told them that I never received it and they gave me my refund

Dang I guess we’re gonna be on the same boat 😭 if you somehow manage to get your money back let me know. I’m trying to figure out how as well. I told them to cancel the transaction but they didn’t want to and told me to wait until I received them to return them, which now I know that won’t be able to happen since they don’t even answer you

I feel so sad after reading all these and yes! I knew I got scammed right after I gave them so many calls and messages! I got a replied back from the company and they sent me a picture of my purchased but it was very unprofessional replied back to me! They did not mention anything about my tracking number or cares to give me a call back when I already told them to! This ****** me off very bad that nobody can do anything to this scammer page! Hopefully!! Karma will hit whoever that scammer for scamming so many innocent people! And please do not! Buy from Sweettingshop.com! It’s a scamming website !!
