continuity camera in finder using big sur

To use Continuity Camera in Finder, open a Finder Window and click the Action pop-up menu, or Control-click on the Desktop or window where you want your scan to appear. Then, choose Import from iPhone or iPad > Scan Document.

Why is it greyed out when I use the drop down menu from the cog? I can only see it if I right click.

importing When importing files from cam. I can select a part of the clip with I or O. When importing (the same clip) from an map I can't select a portion of it. Is this normal? Why can I find in the fcpX-help the instructions how to import with "proxy"; importing 30 sec. clip with "proxy" checked results after an very long rendertime in a red "missing proxy". What is wrong?
