Identity theft leaving me unable to access my Apple Card account

My identity was recently stolen or compromised and all of my cards erased from my wallet. I was forced to create a new Apple ID and have lost almost everything my iPhone harbored. I don’t even know when my next payment is due as it will only allow me to “apply” for the card even though I already have a balance on one. Help?

Locked Apple ID If Apple ID is locked for security reasons, and to verify my identity its asking for my CVV of my credit card that can only be accessed if I sign into my Apple ID. Is there any other way to verify my identity? It is impossible to add my Apple Card to my Wallet without signing in to my Apple ID. I can not wait 25 days. Can someone give me solutions and options?

Card stolen, apple won’t let me update new payment method I had to get a new phone about 3 weeks ago. Once I got the new phone (iPhone XR) I restored it from my latest back up. The phone is up to date.. I never re-verified my credit card on my apple account for the monthly iCloud auto payment draft on my new phone because I didn’t know I had to re-verify the payment. Last week, my debit card was stolen. I had to get a new debit card. Now, I have been trying to update my card information for my apple account and it won’t let me update my new card information. It says my card payment (the old card) must be verified. I can’t verify it. It’s inactive. It no longer works. I don’t even have it in my possession. I also can’t add a new payment method because again, I have to verify my old card which I can’t do because it is inactive.. And also, again I’m not even allowed to edit the card number itself to my new card number. It won’t let me edit the card number at all. I can only enter in the 3 digit code on the back of the debit card. And it isn’t the 3 digit code for my new card. How in the heck am I supposed to EDIT and UPDATE my NEW card payment information when it won’t even let me do that until my old, stolen, inactive, and account closed card is verified? I cannot verify a card that is inactive and is no longer in my possession.

Thank you for the replies guys but I tried both of those options and neither were able to help me. If I don’t have access to my original iCloud account with my credit card was hooked up to and I no longer have access to any of the visual benefits of the card I can still call into Goldman’s and make payments on it though which that’s great.

Pay off that card then have them close the account then you can reapply with the new Apple ID and everything should be okay.
