Why does this pdf show in Safari but not in other browsers?

I would be grateful if someone could help me find out why this pdf shows correctly in Safari but not in Firefox or Chrome. (The result is that iPhone users can see all the pictures but Android users only see the 2nd picture.)

I made the pdf using PDFpen Pro.

TIA

Thirdparty software—this would be a great question for PDFpen Pro Support

I have discovered why this happened.

The original file was made in PDFpen in 2013, an earlier version obviously.. Since then, several upgrades later including the Pro version, I simply added page numbers to the file and saved it.

It's still a mystery why browsers other than Safari show it differently, however. One for experts to ponder.

Thanks very much for the replies.
