Delete ICloud photos without waiting 30 days

How do we delete all photos on “ICLOUD” before the 30 days?

Community admin: Do NOT reply with deleting photos on the phone like you have in the past. I’ve turned off photo backup to the cloud, want to keep the photos on my phone and WANT TO DELETE MY PHOTOS ON ICLOUD!!!

Thanks. That sort of works. Here’s the issue many people like myself are running into.

Aplle limits ICloud storage to 5 gig. Then tries sell extra storage. User gets tired up storage pop ups and turns off Apple photos to ICloud. User wants to delete said photos and ICloud will not let you do it with photo upload turned off.

To delete all photos on ICloud. Photos on phone must be less than 5 gig (remove unneeded photos from phone). Then turn ICloud photo upload back on. Use a different device like iPad or laptop to login to iCloud. Delete all photos on iCloud to include folders (This does NOT delete phone photos!). Then go to iCloud recently deleted and delete all. After that, turn off phone iCloud photo upload and done. Took 3 hours to figure it out, but didn’t have to wait for the 30 days BS.
