How to move mp3s to itunes using web browser

My primary PCs are Chromebooks and Linuxes. How can I move MP3 files that I own to my iPhone 8 so I can play them?

I know I can't use iTunes on either of those PC platforms but there must be some way...thanks!

That's what I did -- using iCloud I moved the file from my storage to the phone, then shared the file to PocketCasts.

I chose that app because I want to be able to pause playback and resume -- my MP3 are typically hour-long airchecks.

With PocketCasts Plus I could probably skip the intermediate step of using iCloud.

Thanks for the quick response!
