I am selling my iPad Pro and want to make sure all my photos/videos are still available on my other apple devices

How does one access their icloud photos etc once they sell their phone? Im about to sell my Iphone and want to know how i can access my photos and stuff in the near future. I will still have an iphone but logged in with a different ID. I just want to know i will still be able to access my pics and stuff and how i go about doing that.

Icloud and pictures So i buyed a new iphone 13 pro max yesterday, and then i have a 11 pro max from before. Now my question is, if i log of icloud on the 11 pro max and fabrick delete it because im going to sell it. Will my pictures and data also be deleted on my new phone?
