Icloud and pictures

So i buyed a new iphone 13 pro max yesterday, and then i have a 11 pro max from before. Now my question is, if i log of icloud on the 11 pro max and fabrick delete it because im going to sell it. Will my pictures and data also be deleted on my new phone?

You have to make sure, that you are no longer signed into iCloud, when you delete documents and data in any application using the application. If you are still signed into iCloud, the deletion will sync to iCloud. But reverting the old iPhone to the factory settings after signing out of iCloud will not delete the data in iCloud or on your new iPhone.
