Passwords appearing in data leak, over and over again?

The first time I got the notification, I rushed to change every password I was notified about. After a few days I was notified that the new password got leaked too. Is my iPhone hacked? What can I do about it?

  1. You mentioned you're receiving a notification about your password. Are you receiving an email? If so, please review the information here: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams
  2. Are you experiencing these issues with your Apple ID? To help keep your Apple ID secure, use these steps: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised
  3. Do you share your Apple ID or other accounts with someone?
