safari cannot open earthlink after upgrading to Big
Is Earthlink still useful when using Big Sur? Is this a problem with Earthlink? Or Safari?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're experiencing issues when attempting to visit the EarthLink website using Safari. If this is the case, we'd like to look into this issue with you.
Have you been able to test this issue using multiple internet connections? We do have a few recommended troubleshooting steps you can try to help address this issue. You can try clearing your browsing history and quit Safari to see if that helps out:
