Is iPhone 12 Pro Max compatible with Verizon Visual Voicemail?

I contacted Verizon and read the Apple article, but neither was very helpful. I feel like I must be missing something.

I'm trying to set up the premium Visual Voicemail that converts my message to text. I just went into add-ons and see that isn't offered for my phone, but the far inferior Voicemail to Text for iPhone, which sends you a text in messages and doesn't display the message in the voicemail tab, is available, so I guess I'm stuck with that.

Thanks for your response. I should have said Premium Visual Voicemail and not just Visual Voicemail, but I didn't realize they were different things.

If your question is as simple as, Is Verizon Wireless compatible with Visual Voicemail on an iPhone 12 Pro Max? then the answer is YES. I am neither sure what you have read nor am I sure what you are missing because you have not stated that.

Yes. If it's not working, call Verizon back and ask them to re-provision your line. Escalate the call until you get someone who know what that means.
