Lock/Passcode Your Power/Side Button - Anti theft

The story is this: If i've lost my phone, i have a lot of options:

ONLY if stayed open:

ring my phone
trackers

My problem is, most of the robbers TURN OFF the iPhone by the side button. is there a way to put a PASSCODE or LOCK to avoid being it off? thanks

Pin should be mandatory to shutdown the iPhone. In my city there are thousands of phone snatching cases on gun point every year. If pin is mandatory to shutdown the iphone then it it will help them locate the phone and catch the thief specially after esim, snatcher/ thief used to remove th sim card to disconnect the phone from network but after e-sim it is very much possible to stop them or catch them. I know iPhone security is very strong and they cannot change the cloud or other Apple but mostly they use the stolen phones to sell the parts of the phone

lock button power why the iPhone doesn't make the power button key lock feature. so we can continue tracking it, remotely via my find but it's also hard if the thief immediately throws away the sim card. but it helps if you get a stupid thief, if doesn't throw away the sim card. or make new discoveries : can be tracked even though the power is off. or can be tracked even though there is no sim card.
