After updating iOS 14.3, I lost photos from the film. I checked everything, saving to the Icloud cloud and so on, there is nothing there, how can I get my photos back?

Have you checked iCloud.com/Photos using a computer browser to see if the photos are there or there is a Recently Deleted album? If the photos are there, make sure you are signed into iCloud using the same Apple ID, and Photos syncing is on. The photos sync is extremely slow. It could take several days or more for the photos to sync.
