My Logic pro x latest update opens the waves v12 plugins with 2 Gui screens appearing on DAW

The latest waves v12 plugins open in a very weird way in logic pro x. The plug-ins open 2 Gui Screens of the same plugin, only 1 screen works, the other one just appears on the bottom left and you can't exit it unless you force quit the DAW.

The working plugin's Gui turns blank (black) but when I move my mouse it appears. Only problem is that it glitches (blinks). So it basically doesn't work. (I attached a picture of the problem I am facing)

I tried the plugins on other DAW's they work perfectly. It's just on logic pro x 10.6
