No Dolby Vision in TVOS 14.3

Updated Apple TV to TVOS 14.3 and Video reverted to 720p. Using an LG CX tv, Dolby Vision was working fine previously. Dolby Vision isn’t in the Settings > Video menu?

Doing a reset in video settings didn’t fix it. Resetting the Apple TV box didn’t fix it. Unplugging the HDMI cable from the Apple TV box and plugging it back in did re-sync, and now Dolby Vision is available and set in the Apple TV video settings..
