I am wanting to add my sons iPhone to find my iPhone app. I am wanting to monitor his location and was wondering if I could add his phone to the find my iPhone app since I pay the bill?

If his Apple ID is part of your family plan it should appear in Find My. Otherwise, he will have to authorize it.
