Adding another iPhone to my find my iPhone app
So how can I help my brother find his phone that he lost but it isn’t on my find my iPhone account

Open the Find My App, tap on the Me tab, and then scroll down the bottom and tap on "Help a Friend".
This will open the iCloud.com website and let your brother sign in with his Apple ID and track his iPhone on your device.
