Hi, I recently upgraded to 14.3 on my iPhone 12 max, when receiving calls I can’t hear the caller at all via the ear speaker or if you press the speaker button. If I hang up and ring them back there are no issues. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have tried the following and one of them solved the problem - for the last 2 weeks it is working fine:
I do not have 5G in my region yet. Therefore I do not see the option all together. The reason I am writing this is because some as written that this happens when 5G is turned on, but seems like it was not the case for me.
This is for sure either a GSM radio issue or an OS issue. Hopefully it is the latter and Apple pushes a patch for it.

My problem went away after a few months. No idea what the difficulty was or how it was resolved and of course Apple don’t care and will never tell us what actually happened.
