MacBook screen glitching

yesterday My MacBooks screen started to glitch. I searched it up and all I saw are photos of small little rainbow-ish lines on the screen. Mine fully glitches and sometimes goes black. So yesterday it started and stopped comepltely and I thought everything was fine and today it started again for a few hours now. I have restarted it multiple times but nothing has changed
